Shipping Policies and Options
Third party orders are processed and shipped every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Standard Shipping Policies for Domestic Packages – Drop shipped packages are sent USPS First Class Mail for $1.99 shipping and handling per order.
Standard Shipping Policies for International Packages – Drop shipped packages are sent USPS First Class International Mail for $3.49 shipping and handling per order.
Return and Exchange Instructions
Return for Credit: We will credit your account when the product is received and we will email you when we have done so.
Exchange of Product: We will provide a new tag to the customer at no cost to you if the original item is damaged. Consumers do not need to send the original product back.
Our Error: If we ship something other than what was ordered, we will send the customer the correct product via USPS. The consumer does not need to send the original product back.
Replacement: Our tags are guaranteed for life. Damaged items under our guarantee are best handled between our manufacturer, Dog Tag Art and the consumer.
Missing package: Normal delivery within the US is 3 - 5 business days. International delivery is 10 - 15 business days. After that time, if the customer has not received their package, we will reship via USPS upon confirmation of mailing address and the ability to receive mail from the USPS at the given address. In these instances, we will cover the cost of replacement packages.
